The AI Tools Assessment
The foundations of everything we build. We find out where your team’s time goes, show you which AI tools suit your business and help you get going with the basics. You only need to join us twice: a discovery call at the start and a review call at the end. We do everything in between.
Recording a working day
Talk us through a normal day in the order it happens: what the team does, which software it uses, what gets repeated and where work stalls. We record how long each task takes and how often, using your estimates or by watching the work, and show those assumptions in the report.
Prioritising which changes to make first
We examine each repeated task, simplify the process where needed, and compare the suitable options. We check the cost, setup effort, data risk and fit for the size of your business. Existing software comes first; another subscription is recommended only when it earns its place.

You receive a prioritised plan. It shows where time is being lost, what should change first, which tools fit, what they cost, what they cannot do and how each recommendation applies to your business.

£499 covers the discovery call, analysis, written report, selected quick-starts, tutorial access and the review call. The report is yours whether you implement it yourself, ask us to help or decide to do nothing yet.
Five hours a week, or you don’t pay.
If the assessment doesn’t find you at least five hours a week, you get your money back in full. Not as credit, as a refund.
That’s 20 hours a month, and over 200 hours a year.
Decide what happens next
We walk through the report, answer questions and agree what should happen first. You can implement the recommendations yourself, add the straightforward setup package, or ask us to scope the next floor. The choice is yours.
The assessment stands on its own as solid foundations, whether or not you ever add another floor.

The written quick-starts and short tutorials remain available afterwards.

What the £299 covers
Before you buy the setup package, we confirm which recommendations it covers. Software licences, data migration, bespoke development and substantial integrations are separate and are always scoped before work begins.
